§ 2 CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
1. All our
products are manufactured individually by orders buyer and/or, where
appropriate and upon request of the buyer subject to revision. Implementation
takes place after receipt of fully payment amount of the contract.
2. Orders
placed by the buyer shall be accepted only with regard to the current
conditions and prices.
3. Shipping
costs is separately listed.
4. In the
case of non-payment within 5 days of the order, it will be cancelled.
§ 3 PAYMENTS
1. We accept
PayPal Payments or bank transfer only.
2. Full
payment is required prior to printing of your invitations/wedding accessories.
You will be required to make a payment after final approval of the project.

PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.
§ 4 DELIVERY
1. All
orders are shipped by Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class. (UK only)
2. Products
are dispatched within 7-20 days from receipt of the payment. We will send to
you an e-mail with all information about dispatched.
3. All
stationery will be packed in protective sturdy packaging to ensure your goods
reaches you in perfect condition.
4. Orders up to 200 GBP - delivery cost is 5-9 GBP (depending on the weight of the package. You will receive the price immediately after ordering). (UK only)

§ 5 DAMAGE
CAUSED DURING TRANSPORT
1. We pack
our products carefully before shipping. If the delivered parcels have visible
damage, and there is a reason to believe that the products inside have been
damaged this should be claimed to the courier during the delivery. In justified
cases, refuse to accept parcel and promptly contact with us by an email.
2. All our
parcels are insured.
§ 6 WARRANTY
1. It is
the customer responsibility to ensure all text and content are correct. Yourglamwedding.blogspot.co.uk
does not take responsibility for customer omissions or errors. Spelling and
punctuation checks are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Please
note that the colors may be slightly different from the ones presented on the
site. These differences may result from different display settings and may not
be grounds for complaint.

buyer shall within 3 working days from the date of delivery of goods make in
writing by email complaints relating to incorrect deliveries and visible
defects of goods.

§ 7 WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

Yourglamwedding.blogspot.co.uk is a service of production on request. The
purchaser specifies the parameters of the contract: select the item, color,
quantity. Production of each product is implemented from scratch by order of
the purchaser. There is no possibility of withdrawal.
2. Ordered
by the purchaser product is configured based on an individual and detailed
order, the right of withdrawal pursuant definitely not entitled.
§ 8 FINAL AND CHANGE THE RULES
